What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to dispatch a towing operator to you.

Call recording

A recording notice plays when calls to (346) 443-5499 begin, and those calls are recorded. We review the recordings to match jobs correctly and assess the service you received. If you prefer not to have your call recorded, submit the contact form instead.

How we use it

Your information helps us answer your request, match you with an independent towing operator, and check back about the job. We don’t sell your contact details. Because Tow Pro Houston provides dispatch and referral services, we share your location, contact information, and description of the situation only with the operator matched to provide service.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 helps us see which pages visitors find useful. It doesn’t load unless you select Accept on the cookie banner. Before you accept, the site neither places analytics cookies nor sends any information to Google.

After you accept, Google Analytics places browser cookies, including _ga and _ga_<id>, which distinguishes returning visits and tracks how people use the site. The cookies remain for up to two years, and Google handles the data for us. Google Consent Mode is enabled, keeping analytics disabled unless you opt in. We neither use the information to identify you personally nor sell it.

Your privacy rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing dispatch@towprohouston.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To opt out of analytics, choose one of three options: select Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices footer link to open the banner again and revoke your consent whenever you wish, or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. A GPC signal from your browser counts automatically as a decline, and analytics will never load.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
